My Story

When I first began my Real Estate Career over eight years ago, I asked myself an important question. What would I want in a real estate agent when buying or selling my own home? The answer was simple. I would want an agent that is extremely educated in the current trends of the market with a strong background of knowledge in my own personal neighborhood and geographic location. I would also want an agent that truly understands the complete process of a real estate transaction and to be able explain the steps from beginning to end in a way that makes sense. Lastly, I would want an agent that protects my personal interests and has the strong skills of negotiation to ensure that I will receive the best possible outcome in my real estate experience.

I have been serving the Southwest Washington area for many years now and am proud to say that I have upheld these values when working with all my current and past clients on their personal transactions. Coming from a background in education, I specialize and enjoy working with first time home buyers by teaching and guiding them through their entire real estate process. I also have a strong skill set in working with land transactions and have developed quite a few business relationships with many of the various builders working in our area. I am extremely passionate about helping my clients unfold their own personal project of finding a piece of land that they love and then constructing the home of their dreams on it.

 

Lastly, I am very proud to have started my own networking group called PNW Referrals. The mission of PNW Referrals was to build a supportive and tight knit community of business owners with like-minded integrity and principles. I have now acquired a very strong base of contractors of all categories, commercial and residential lenders, escrow agents and many other businesses that I am able to allocate while administering a real estate transaction of my own. I guess you could say that I really do come with the backing of a very strong team to provide my clients with any specialized needs that they may have while closing a transaction with me.
